Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola said the Catalans have no excuses for missing out on a league victory over Real Mallorca on Sunday.
Barca wizard Lionel Messi gave his team the lead after 20 minutes to help them take full control of the match.
The Spanish champions, however, failed to translate their dominance into more goals.
Following Emilio Nsue's headed equalizer three minutes before the interval, hosts Barcelona failed to regain their slender lead although they created a number of chances.
The La Liga game eventually ended in a 1-1 draw.
"There are no excuses today," Guardiola said. "We had the chance to close the game and we didn't do it. We have dropped two points. We should have won and we didn't.
"Scoring is not a question of chance. We are generating the play and we created a lot of chances today, but it just didn't happen."
