Egypt midfielder Ibrahim Salah has committed his future to Zamalek by ruling out the option of moving to an Arab club.

The in-form anchorman has been reportedly linked with Jordan’s Wehdat and Qatar's Arabi, only for him to dismiss the speculation and rule out a near-future exit.

"It is untrue that I’ve been approached by Gulf clubs and even if, I will not leave Zamalek," Salah, who played in Egypt's recent friendlies with Australia and Qatar, told FilGoal.com.

"Playing for Zamalek is technically better than joining an Arab club, that's why I am willing to stay at least until the end of my contract."

Salah, who joined from Mansoura two years ago, has a contract with the Whites until the summer of 2013.

He became a key figure in Zamalek's midfield since the arrival of Hossam Hassan last year.
