He was replaced with Afrotto two minutes from the hour mark.

Ahli's caretaker boss Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Sahfi 'Zizo' will face a dilemma should Fadl be ruled out of the capital derby, given that Liberian hitman Francis Doe is also injured.

The absence of Ashour would also be a blow for Ahli ahead of the anticipated clash with Zamalek.
