Shikabala, who missed last weekend’s game with Military Production due to suspension, was involved in a spat with Hassan after the match when he tried to enter the team’s dressing room and talk to the players.

After being forced out of the room following the disappointing draw, the temperamental midfielder seems to be unhappy with the Zamalek management.

“We are yet to know why he is absent. I tried to call him but of course his phone is switched off,” Ibrahim, the twin brother of Zamalek boss Hossam Hassan, told FilGoal.com.

“We will try to know from him why he missed training, but anyway he’ll be sanctioned.”

It is not the first time that Shikabala has went AWOL during the Hassans’ reign with Zamalek, having missed several training session without permission in July last year.
