FIFA once again put off Yemen's match with Singapore in the Asian Men's Preliminary Competition for the Olympic Football Tournaments London 2012.
The game, which was initially scheduled for last Wednesday, was postponed by a week last Friday because anti-regime demonstrations broke out in Yemen.
With the situation far from contained in the country, the match was delayed for a second time.
FIFA stated that both legs of the first-round tie have to be played on neutral ground 'in a totally safe and secure environment'.
The world governing body says meetings will be held with the Asian Football Confederation to find a neutral territory and new match dates.
