Geddo sustained a facial injury in Ahli's 2-0 Champions League win over SuperSport United and might be ruled out of Egypt's Nations Cup qualifier with South Africa.
The skillful forward replaced Osama Hosni on the hour mark but was taken off on 83 minutes upon being hit in the face.
"Geddo suffered a tough blow to the face and he will undergo a scan on his jaw to determine the full extent of the injury," Ahli doctor Walid Abdul-Baki told FilGoal.com.
"The results will indicate whether or not he will be able to take part in Egypt's training camp."
The Pharaohs are preparing to face the Bafana Bafana on March 26.
