الزمالك جمال حمزة
"Of course the idea of returning to Zamalek appeals to me," he told Al-Hayat TV. "I came through the club's youth ranks.
"Despite the problems I faced at Zamalek, I have never thought about filing a complaint against the club.
"I egg on Zamalek all the time, even after I left. Now I hope they win the Egyptian Premier League title."
Hamza parted company with Zamalek to join Mainz in December 2009. However, he returned to Egypt without featuring for the German outfit in a single competitive game.
He then joined Ahli but his contract was terminated before the ongoing season got underway. He eventually ended up at Gouna.
Hamza now seems to be up for a new move after falling out with the coaching staff and the board on many occasions.
The 29-year-old also heaped praise on Zamalek tactician Hossam Hassan.
"He's an excellent coach, he does everything with accuracy. His nervousness is his only weakness," Hamza said.
