“I’ve got the approval of the Ahli football committee and I will travel to Germany today for one week,” the 21-year-old told FilGoal.com on Tuesday.

“I want to thank Ahli officials for giving me this opportunity and I hope it would be a successful trial.

“But even if I didn’t make it, I won’t be sad because I already play for the best club in Africa.”

Shokri, who didn’t seem to feature in the plans of Ahli boss Manuel Jose recently, is expected to travel to return from Germany on April the 26th.
