Dervishes board member Walid Al-Kilani said that the club made the appeal to the Egyptian FA in order to be matched with title-contenders Ahli and Zamalek.

The Cairo duo played their away game against the Fayoum-based MCDR at Arab Contractors Stadium for security reasons, mainly due to the low capacity of their home ground.

Ismaili, who are currently third in the Premier League behind Zamalek and Ahli, will face Tarek Yehia’s MCDR on May 20.
