Alexandria-Hani Al-Awadi: Mohamed Omar has initially accepted an offer to replace Ramadan Al-Sayed as coach of Asyut Petroleum club.

The former Ittihad Alexandria manager told FilGoal.com that he will travel with Asyut Petroleum’s officials in Cairo later on Thursday to finalize the deal.

Al-Sayed has quit from his post after Asyut suffered a series of defeats in the premier league.

Omar has previously coached Sudanese club Al-Merrikh and the Egyptian national military teams.
