"I will meet Zamalek directors and try to convince them to accept the English offer," Zaki told FilGoal.com early on Thursday.
"If they refused, I will submit an official request to be released. I am not Ronaldinho to be targeted for EGP 33-million again."
Zamalek turned down an earlier two-million bid from Sheffield, insisting that Zaki, as one of the team's pillars, is not for sale.
Sheffield also went for Ismaili's international right-back Ahmed Fathi, whose club agreed on selling his contract for 750.000 English Pounds.
Zaki, 24, joined Zamalek in the summer from Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow after a short and unsuccessful spell.
He found the net 11 times for Zamalek, including three goals in the Arab Champions League.
