Egypt's playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika has been passed fit to face Argentina on Wednesday after recovering from an injury that kept him on the sidelines for the past four weeks.

"Abou-Treika has totally recovered from the interior-ligament injury and had a full training on Monday," Egypt's doctor Ahmed Magued told FilGoal.com.

The 29-year old playmaker has been ruled out after picking a knock against Ghazl Al-Mahalla on February 23.

Elsewhere, all the foreign based-players joined the Pharaohs' preparations ahead of next Wednesday task.

Ahmed Hassan and Mohamed Zidan arrived late on Monday and should start training with their teammates on Tuesday.
