Zamalek striker Amr Zaki has been left out of his side's 18-man squad for the Egyptian League game against Harras Al-Hodoud on Monday due to injury.

The Egypt striker pulled out of Sunday's training session after complaining of a hamstring pain.

Zaki has been hit by a string of injuries recently. He made a substitute appearance in the 2-1 victory over Ghazl Mahalla but will now have to sit out Al-Hodoud match.

Beshir Al-Tabie and Mahmoud Fathallah added to Zamalek's defensive crisis.

The duo hasn't made the squad due to injury to join long-term absentee Wissem El-Abdi on the sidelines.

Veteran striker Abdul-Halim Ali returns after being snubbed against Mahalla for an undisclosed reason.

Zamalek squad:

Goalkeepers: Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed, Mohamed Abdul-Monsef

Defenders: Amr Al-Safti, Ahmed Magdi, Karim Zekri, Ahmed Hossam, Ahmed Ghanem, Mohamed Abdullah, Ahmed Ibrahim

Midfielders: Magdi Attwa, Mohamed Aboul-Ella, Ahmed Abdul-Raouf, Mohamed Ibrahim, Shikabala, Hazem Emam

Strikers: Gamal Hamza, Sherif Ashraf, Abdul-Halim Ali
