The Egyptian FA are set to inform FIFA with the difficulty of facing Rwanda on June 10th, following Algeria's alteration to the original date of their 2010 World Cup qualifiers meeting with Egypt.

The FA received a notification from the Algerian Football Federation on Sunday, setting June 7th as the new date of the qualifier, one day later than the pre-agreed fixture date.

"Following a meeting with the first team's technical staff, the FA decided to inform FIFA that it would be difficult to play the World Cup qualifier with Rwanda on June 10th after playing in Algeria on June 7th, just 72 hours earlier," a statement on the FA's official site stated.

Egypt, who will kickoff their World Cup qualifying campaign against Zambia on the 29th of March at Cairo Stadium, will take part in this year's FIFA Confederations Cup.

The African champions will face Brazil, Italy and USA in Group B in South Africa, who will host the competition starting June 15th.
