Cristiano Ronaldo made a mediocre Real Madrid home debut as the Spanish giants were held by Saudi champions Ittihad Jeddah to a 1-1 draw in the Peace Cup.

At Santiago Bernabeu, Raul's 55th minute strike was canceled out by Moroccan ace Hicham Aboucherouane ten minutes later.

Ronaldo was taken off immediately after Ittihad's equalizer, making way for Argentine forward Gonzalo Higuain.

The Portuguese joined Real for a staggering £80million from Manchester United this month and is expected to make huge impact with the capital club.
