Muntari, who insisted on fasting during match days in Ramadan, was substituted after just 30 minutes in Inter's Serie A opener with Bari last month.
He was then relegated to the bench by manager Jose Mourinho, who implied that playing during Ramadan was difficult for the former Portsmouth playmaker.
"My client has had a difficult time over the past two weeks, football wise I mean as he hasn't played," agent Fabien Piveteau told Goal Italia.
"At the start of the month, he was not transferable, but I can't say that now. In a few months we will see.
"He has to play regularly because he is important to his national team and wants to be in the 2010 World Cup."
