Wolfsburg hitman Grafite has been drafted in to replace the injured Luis Fabiano in Brazil's squad for the friendly against Ireland on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old got a last-gasp call-up by Dunga to make his Selecao comeback after a five-year absence.

"I'm extremely happy. It's a dream for every Brazilian player to wear the shirt of the national team. I've never given up on the Selecao and I hope I'll make it to the World Cup," said Grafite.

Grafite, who inspired Wolfsburg's Bundesliga triumph with 28 goals last term, has only found the net eighth times so far this season after 24 weeks.
