A BBC Panorama investigation accused CAF President Issa Hayatou, CONMEBOL President Nicolas Leoz and FIFA presidential hopeful Ricardo Teixeira of bribery.

International Sports and Leisure (ISL), a company that collapsed in 2001, was awarded the exclusive marketing rights for successive World Cups, allegedly after paying off officials.

Panorama's report said the sum of the bribes paid to officials around the world is up to $100 million.

The report also mentioned that Hayatou, Leoz and Teixeira refused to comment on these allegations.
