"Jose is my coaching master, I worked as his assistant for three years and I learned a lot from him," Orabi told FilGoal.com.
The former Ahli skipper worked with the highly-rated Portuguese tactician during the latter's last two tenures with the Red Devils, before starting to establish himself as a head coach.
"I'm keen to face him, especially that I know much about his way of thinking and formations. I'm looking to outdo him and lead my team to a victory."
Defending champions Ahli lie second in the league table with 42 points, one adrift of leaders and arch-rivals Zamalek.
Production, on the other hand, lie ninth on 24 points.
"Our position is not good; we will try to register the best result possible against Ahli to improve our status," Orabi added.
