Mohamed Barakat and Sayed Moawad will miss Ahli's Champions League trip to Mazembe due to suspension.
Both players were booked in the 1-1 draw at Berekum Chelsea on Sunday and the Reds confirmed their absence.
Ahli also played without Wael Gomaa and Hossam Ashour at Chelsea due to suspension.
The Egyptian champions have almost qualified for the last four as they lead Group B with 10 points.
