Zamalek stopper Mahmoud Fathallah is back to full fitness, following a minor groin problem sustained at the weekend.

The 27-year-old sustained the injury with the Egypt squad prior to Sunday's World Cup qualifiers draw with Zambia.

Consequently, Fathallah missed the game and has been training individually with his club ever since. But now Zamalek have confirmed his return to full fitness.

The former Ghazl Mahalla center-half is now ready for next week's Egyptian Premier League match with Arab Contractors.

Meanwhile, Zamalek will hand late fitness tests to Abdul-Halim Ali, Sherif Ashraf, Hazem Emam and Ahmed Abdul-Raouf, who all suffer from fatigue, according to doctor Mostafa Al-Monayeri.
