Arab Contractors midfielder Salah Amin 'Maradona' decided to move to the US by the end of the ongoing season, hoping to start a new adventure there.

The 29-year-old's contract with the Mountain Wolves runs out next summer, and he has no intention of extending it.

"There are so many reasons why I want to move to America," he told FilGoal.com.

"I already have a valid visa, and I'm planning to search for an American club to join."

Maradona, who used to ply his trade at Masri, also revealed that he traveled to the US last summer for the same purpose, but 'numerous obstacles' hindered him at the time.

"I tried to join several American sides last summer, but I couldn't due to numerous obstacles," he elaborated.

"They first thought that I'm an amateur, and when I proved that I'm a professional footballer they refused to open talks with Contractors.

"The clubs that I contacted don't want to pay for my services, and that's the main problem.

"So I will wait till my current contract expires and try again."
