Both Ibrahim Saied were both linked to Sheffield United

Zamalek duo Amr Zaki and Ibrahim Saied are set to leave to England on Monday to undergo a trial period and medical at Premiership side Sheffield United.

The players were set to leave Cairo on Tuesday but Zamalek's board have allowed them an extra day of practice in England, a club official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FilGoal.com on Sunday.

Zamalek's board have insisted that Zaki and Saied return to Egypt by Saturday so they can catch up with the team's Arab Champions League (ACL) quarter-final game against Ahli Bordj of Algeria on Monday.

Zamalek had received an official fax from '4 Steps' Player Management Company confirming Sheffield's interest in both players.

Sheffield's offer for Zaki, who has also been linked to Manchester City, is worth 2 million sterling pounds ($3.8 million), player agent Mohamed Hamid told FilGoal.com.

The offer Sheffield made for Egyptian international Saied, who had a short spell at Everton in 2003, is worth 200,000 sterling pounds ($380,000).

Mohamed Hamid of '4 Steps' told FilGoal.com that the offer made for the services of Saied was low since the player's contract with Zamalek runs out at the end of the season, which increases the possibility of the player completing the move.
