Saturn have tabled a three-million euros bid to sign the Egyptian international immediately, with the Russian League starting on March 15th.

Ahli accepted the offer and Meteb is set for a medical in the next dew days.

Meteb, two-time winner of the African Cup of Nations, will earn around one million euros per season.

Meteb's initial contract with Ahli runs out in June 2009.

Saturn finished the domestic league last season in fifth place.
