Ahli have included new signing Oussou Konan in the squad for the Champions League game against Mazembe on Sunday.
The Ivorian, who only signed two weeks ago, was doubtful due to lack fitness but has been drafted in to replace the suspended Dominique da Silva.
Another new recruit was included as Ahmed Sedik could be making his third debut for the Egyptian champions.
Midfielder Mohamed Shawky failed to make the squad after picking up a hamstring injury, while Wael Gomaa is still out.
