Zamalek retain the African Handball Cup Winners' Cup upon sinking Etoile Sahel 21-26 in Yaounde, a victory that saw the Whites qualify for the IHF Super Globe, which takes place In Qatar next month.
The Cairo giants were superior most of the game and ended the first half with nine goals clear of Etoile.
Zamalek goalkeeper Karim Katonga put in an assured display, producing a string of magnificent saves to help his side win the match.
